After Relatively Royal, The Golden Book of Royalty, Royalty after the War, Royalty between the Wars this newly published book is the fifth book approaching the British royal famliy via pictures. It follows in its outline the previous books: wonderful pictures with simple but meaningful texts. Queen Victoria was the Grandmama of Europe, her descendance gracing the thrones of Germany, Russia, Greece, Rumania, Spain, Norway, Sweden and minor German principalities. These pictures bring these princesses and princesses, kings and queens, emperors and empresses to life, picture as well there personalities. I really enjoyed this book (as its predecessors). The pictures and textes are extremely nicely presented and the reader is invited to a wonderful journey back in time...I enjoyed that journey and can only recommend to buy a ticket for that journey or better to say recommed buying this very book.
